Sérgio Pequito is an Associate Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, and a principal investigator at the Institute for Systems and Robotics – Lisbon. His research explores large-scale system behavior, spanning neuroscience and biomedicine, leveraging control theory for brain dynamics and personalized medicine.

Shaolong Liu received the Ph.D. degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, in 2017 and the Ph.D. degree from Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal, in 2018, both in electrical and computer engineering. Since 2017, He has been with Analog Devices Inc., Wilmington, MA as an analog design engineer. His current research interests include analog/mixed-signal circuits, ultra-low power system, and analog signal processing.
