Filipa Mota
Filipa Mota is a Ph.D. candidate in Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Minho, working in NEMS technology. She earned both her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Engineering Physics from the same institution. Between 2023 and 2025, she worked as a Research Assistant in the Hanay Research Group at the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) in Braga, Portugal, where she focused on the design, microfabrication, and characterization of MEMS devices.
Duarte Ribeiro
Duarte J. M. Ribeiro completed an MSc degree in Materials Engineering in 2025 from UMinho. His research interests focus on the growth and characterization of ferroelectric thin films for information and energy storage. He is currently a research fellow at CF-UM-UP working on ferroelectric HfO2 based electrolytes for integration as electrochemical ionic synapses.
Camila Cervantes
Camila Cervantes is a PhD researcher in Sustainable Built Environment at the University of Minho, specializing in circular construction and digital innovation. Her work examines how circular-economy strategies, artificial intelligence, and blockchain-based material traceability can support resilient, resource-efficient built environments.
