Jayakorn Vongkulbhisal received the BEng degree in information and communication engineering from Chulalongkorn University in 2011 and the PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and Instituto Superior Técnico in 2018.
Before joining the CMU Portugal Program, he worked at Korea Development Bank and Korea Finance Corporation which are Korea’s policy-based financing institutions. He holds B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and M.S. in Technology Management from Seoul National University, and M.S. in Development Policy from KDI School.
