inRes 2014 and 2015 Closing Session Showcases Short and Long Term Impact on the Teams
On December 3 rd , 2015, the CMU Portugal Program held the Closing Session of the 2015 Edition of inRes. In the scope of this event, several Portuguese online and printed publications, published news pieces. The event was hosted by Caixa Capital, at Culturgest in Lisbon.
Buzzmedia, an online platform of news, published an interview with João Claro, the national director of the CMU Portugal Program, about the inRes initiative and the accomplishments of its teams, namely from the 2014 and 2015 editions.
ComputerWorld, an online publication, published two articles about the different moments of inRes. Titled “It would be useful that big companies would listen to startups,” this article has statements from Kit Needham (Associate Director at Project Olympus in CMU) and from Stephan Morais (Executive Board Member at Caixa Capital). The other article, titled “The status of the eight projects that participated on inRes,” this article emphasizes the achievement of the teams: AddVolt, AdaptTech, Displr, Followprice, Playsktech, Sceelix, Scraim and Xhockware . The Portuguese newspaper Negócios (printed version) also interviewed Kit Needham.
Tek.Sapo, an online publication, published two articles: an interview with João Claro, the national director of the CMU Portugal Program; and an article about four inRes teams: Displr, Playsktech, Sceelix and Scraim.
Bit Magazine also published an interview with João Claro about the same theme.
Vida Económica, a printed economic publication, published an interview with João Claro about inRes, and how the CMU Portugal Program is empowering Portuguese projects and people by exposing them to the innovation ecosystem of the United States.
