M-ITI Holds Session for Master Student’s Final Course Projects
The Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute (M-ITI) will once again organize a presentation session for the final projects of the students of the Professional Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction (MHCI). It will take place at the Rectory of the University of Madeira, on December 15 at 2:00 p.m.
MHCI is a dual degree master course, in the scope of the CMU Portugal Program, offered by the University of Madeira and Carnegie Mellon University. It is an internationally recognized program, that throughout its ten editions, has hosted students from many nationalities, representing all continents.
The projects of the current edition, now ending, are the product of months of intense work, in collaboration with renowned regional and national companies. These industry sponsors, have given challenges to the students at the beginning of the year, assigning them with specific and real problems to work on. The graduates will be presenting their innovative solutions at the session, which have been, in the previous edition, adapted by the companies, or have kicked off technological startups, created by the students.
