Higher Education: Rector of the Universidade de Lisboa advocates bet on Internationalization
António Nóvoa, Rector of the Universidade de Lisboa, yesterday argued that universities should be “strong and autonomous” in crises times, snd should bet more on internationalization. Nóvoa’s speech was made at the Carnegie Mellon | Portugal Diploma Ceremony 2010.
