The CMU Portugal Program at CMU hosted a Halloween-themed networking event that featured a cookie decorating activity on Monday, October 20th. This event brought together a group of Dual Degree Ph.D. and Affiliated Ph.D. students currently studying in Pittsburgh.
Attending students were from multiple CMU departments, including Computer Science (CS), Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Engineering and Public Policy (EPP), Language Technologies Institute (LTI), Machine Learning (MLD), Mechanical Engineering (MECHE), and Software and Societal Systems (S3D). Attending students are also studying at the following Portuguese Universities: Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Aveiro, University of Coimbra, and University of Porto.
The networking events offer an opportunity for CMU Portugal community members to connect, share their experiences, and get creative!
