Researchers and Students from the Partnership will participate in the Service Design Conference 2009

This year, the Service Design (SDN) Conference, entitled “Beyond Basics”, will be held in Madeira, Portugal, between October 26 th to 27 th, , will have researchers, faculty members, and students of the Master Program in Human-Computer Interaction (MHCI), from the Carnegie Mellon|Portugal Partnership. |
Having explored the basics of Service Design in many interesting presentations and workshops during the last year’s SDN Conference, it is now time to dig deeper into the field. The participants will have a vivid mix of different presentations, workshops and papers in order to provide you with the academic and practical expertise, from well renowned international players in the Service Design field.
