Portuguese Technology conquers the USA
During the eight weeks they will stay in Pittsburgh and at the Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), the Xhockware, Displr, Followprice and WeTruck startups will learn how to develop products and services, strengthen management and leadership skills, manage intellectual property, build networks of contacts of potential customers, suppliers, partners and mentors, among other aspects of the business. The eight-week immersion program in America is part of the 2014 edition of inRes, an initiative to accelerate business in the area of information and communication technologies (ICT), coordinated by the Carnegie Mellon Portugal program, whose mission is to make the country a leader in innovation.
