“Portugal recruit talent from Brazil to China” – What do the two have in common a Brazilian, two Chinese and an Indian? Tables are all highly qualified, coming from countries outside the European Union where there is a high level of training and lots of demand for their skills, but who nevertheless came to Portugal to work, or to investigate further knowledge. The Brazilian Gustavo Carneiro, has knowledge of a wave for Assistant Professor at the Instituto Superior Técnico in the partnership with Carnegie Mellon University. Read more (pdf).
