Pedro Oliveira created a social network for patients
Pedro Oliveira and his team are developing a social network where anyone will be able to share experiences about a disease that someone may have. The aim is, above all, mutual assistance and sharing of knowledge. This platform is being developed by a total of 50 researchers from Germany, Austria, Italy, Brazil, United States and Portugal. It is based user innovation and is financed by the German foundation Pribilla Peter, the Foundation for Science and Technology and the partnership programs between Portugal and by the Universities of Carnegie Mellon (CMU) and MIT.
