“Finding people to the business is a big challenge”
One of the biggest challenges for technology startups is “to find people for business,” said Reed McManigle, manager of business development at the Center for Technology Transfer and Enterprise Creation of Carnegie Mellon University. It is about discovering executives willing to take the risk of developing a business of a small firm with an innovation. Probably it is “perhaps more difficult than to arrange financing,” said McManigle in a conference promoted by Carnegie Mellon Portugal program.
