CMU to host experts on computer security

Carnegie Mellon University experts on computer security will host a panel discussion on the growing threat to privacy on the Web Thursday evening in Washington, D.C. Carnegie Mellon engineering dean Pradeep K. Khosla will head the panel, which will also include Lorrie Cranor, a computer science and engineering professor who heads the school’s Usable Privacy and Security Laboratory, as well as several private computer security consultants and executives.
