inRes :: AdaptTech CMU Portugal inRes Startup Receives Hovione Capital Investment
AdaptTech , one of CMU Portugal Program inRes teams , received an investment from Hovione Capital , which is specialized in the health sector. Peter Villax, Hovione Capital’s CEO, states that: “Projects like AdaptTech are the ones we want to invest in: an interesting and innovative product, but above all a promising team of young entrepreneurs.”
The product developed by AdapTech consists in a smart fitting solution for prosthesis, capable of identifying localized problems within the stump-socket interface, evaluate the level of adaptation and suggest the needed modifications to maximize it.
