The new Entrepreneurial Research Initiatives (ERIs) have already been launched by CMU Portugal. Six new projects were selected among 24 applications. The projects, which will receive 5.2 million euros worth of funding for a period of four years, have a high innovative potential in problem solving and will make their results public for the benefit of the society and economy.
In the scope of the second call for application promoted by CMU Portugal, the new ERIs made the amount invested in advanced research grow 11.2 M€. The research is interdisciplinary, entrepreneurial, and innovative, and the work is done closely with companies and the industry.
