The Carnegie Mellon Portugal Program is organizing the Orientation Day for the newly enrolled students who are starting their academic year 2011/2012 in Portugal, as well as for the students that are coming to Portugal for the first time. The goal of the event is to give the opportunity to these students to learn more about the partnership, the alumni chapter, and also about the role of the Science and Technology Park as an Interface between the University and the Market in Portugal. This year the Orientation Day will be held in Porto on September 24th , and the chosen venue is the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP).
